This policy explains what information Saudara Agency collects through this website and through the internal tools we use to deliver our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Saudara Agency is operated by PT Scarrier Concepts Bali, Jalan Lebak Sari No. 20, Kerobokan Kelod, Kuta Utara, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia (“Saudara”, “we”, “us”). We are a brand and marketing agency for hospitality businesses.
This website
This website does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers (Hostinger and Cloudflare) automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This data is used only to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse, and it is kept for a limited period under those providers’ own policies. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Our internal tools and Google user data
We run private automations (for example on n8n) that help us manage marketing for the hospitality brands we work with. These tools are used only by the Saudara team. They connect, with our explicit permission, to Google accounts that Saudara owns or manages on behalf of our clients, and they may access:
- Google Sheets: to read and write the working spreadsheets we use for our clients, such as review response trackers and content calendars.
- Google Search Console: to read search performance data for our clients’ websites.
- Basic Google account information (name and email address): to identify which account is connected.
We use this data only to provide our services to those clients. Some content, such as the text of public customer reviews, may be processed by AI service providers so that we can draft suggested replies, which a person then reviews before anything is published. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run these tools, or where the law requires it.
Saudara’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted by the platforms that run our automations. We keep data only for as long as we need it to provide our services, and access is limited to the Saudara team. You can remove our access to a Google account at any time from your Google Account’s security settings (Third-party apps with account access).
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law, including Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
