These terms apply to the Saudara client dashboard at dashboard.saudara.agency (the “Dashboard”) and to this website. The Dashboard is operated by PT Scarrier Concepts Bali, Jalan Lebak Sari No. 20, Kerobokan Kelod, Kuta Utara, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia (“Saudara”, “we”, “us”).
Who can use the Dashboard
The Dashboard is a private tool for Saudara staff and for the businesses we work with. Accounts are created by Saudara only. You must keep your login details and two-factor device secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Connecting social media accounts
You can connect Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts to the Dashboard so that content can be scheduled and published on your behalf. You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. By connecting an account, you allow the Dashboard to publish the posts and stories that you or Saudara schedule for it. You can disconnect an account at any time in the Dashboard or in your Facebook settings (Business Integrations).
Use of Facebook and Instagram through the Dashboard is also subject to Meta’s own terms and policies. You remain responsible for the content published to your accounts and for making sure you have the rights to it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Dashboard to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to access accounts or data you are not allowed to access, or to interfere with the Dashboard’s security or operation. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the Dashboard available and to publish scheduled content on time, but platforms such as Facebook and Instagram can reject, delay or change posts outside our control. The Dashboard is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows, Saudara is not liable for indirect losses or for missed or failed publications. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indonesian law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
