This page explains how to remove the data that the Saudara client dashboard (dashboard.saudara.agency, Meta app “SAUDARA Dashboard”) holds about you or your Facebook and Instagram accounts.
What we store
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we store the account’s ID, name and profile picture, an encrypted access token, and the posts and stories scheduled for it, together with their publishing results.
Option 1: remove the app from Facebook
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
- Find “SAUDARA Dashboard” and select Remove.
This stops our access immediately. The stored access token no longer works and we delete it.
Option 2: ask us to delete everything
Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name of the Page or Instagram account. We will delete the connection, its access token and any scheduled content within 30 days and confirm by email. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept only for as long as required.
